Custom Furniture Returns

Because each piece of furniture we create is custom-made to your specifications, dimensions, and design preferences, we cannot accept returns of custom furniture items except in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery damage.

Before production begins, we work closely with you through detailed consultations, drawings, and approvals to ensure the final product meets your expectations. This collaborative process helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures satisfaction with your custom piece.

Manufacturing Defects & Damage

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. However, if you receive a piece that has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, we will take immediate action to resolve the issue.

What We Consider a Manufacturing Defect:

  • Structural issues that affect the piece's stability or safety
  • Finish defects that compromise protection or appearance
  • Joinery problems that affect the piece's integrity
  • Significant deviations from agreed-upon specifications

If you discover a defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with detailed photos and a description of the issue. We will inspect the piece and, if confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Delivery Damage

All furniture is carefully packaged and handled during delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged, please:

  • Inspect the item immediately upon delivery
  • Document the damage with photos
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Do not discard any packaging materials

We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the extent of the damage. We may request that the damaged item be returned to us for inspection.

Warranty

All custom furniture comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Structural defects in materials or workmanship
  • Finish defects that affect protection or appearance
  • Joinery failures that compromise structural integrity

What Is Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents
  • Damage from improper maintenance
  • Changes in wood color or grain pattern over time (natural aging)
  • Damage from environmental factors (extreme humidity, direct sunlight, etc.)
  • Modifications made by anyone other than our authorized service providers

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Your order number or receipt
  • Photos showing the defect
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • The date the defect was first noticed

We will evaluate your claim and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement of affected parts, or other remedies as determined appropriate.

Repair Services

We offer repair services for our furniture, even for issues that may not be covered under warranty. Common repair services include:

  • Finish touch-ups and refinishing
  • Minor structural repairs
  • Hardware replacement
  • Surface refinishing

Contact us for a quote on any repair work you may need. We can often restore furniture to its original condition, extending its life for many more years.
